2008 Sea Doo PWC RXP-X 255 Description
Sea-Doo has set out to offer the everyday rider the opportunity for high-performance thrill with its new-for-2008 race-inspired RXP-X 255.
Powered by the all-new 255-hp Rotax 4-TEC engine – the most powerful BRP has offered in a production watercraft – this twoseater addition to the company’s musclecraft segment is loaded for excitement with ramped up
    power, acceleration and handling.
The RXP-X 255 is also loaded for comfort. High-traction footwell mats will help the rider maintain grip during aggressive cornering, while a low-profile, high-grip seat allows the rider to customize body positioning for maximum leverage. The adjustable X handlebars are strong and stable for improved control – no matter what the water conditions.
The RXP-X 255 also sports an X-finger throttle, which is both comfortable to use and allows the rider to keep a better grip for increased control. The wide handlebar and left side-mounted forward/neutral/reverse handle are two more features that improve rider ergonomics on this PWC.
BRP’s Multifunction Digital Info Centre keeps the rider informed at all times while underway with easy-to-read gauges. The quickshift Variable Trim System (VTS) adjusts the attitude of the watercraft based on body weight,
riding style and water conditions. Other technologies on the RXP-X 255 include the D-Sea- BEL Sound Reduction system and the Sea-Doo Learning Key – both unique to BRP.
With all of these features coming in a bold new look, Sea-Doo is definitely pushing the envelope and leading the trend with its all-new RXP-X 255.
