2007 Sea Doo PWC GTX Description

With several new appointments
for the 2007 model
year, the Sea-Doo GTX
builds on a PWC already known for its
style and luxury.
The new design includes a new
Touring seat with lumbar support, as
well as wider and higher handlebars.
While the seat maximizes passenger comfort,
whether for a short trip or a long
excursion, the new handlebars actually
make the GTX easier to steer.
The addition of a large, removable,
water-tight storage bin at the bow lets you
load gear in the cottage or on the shore
first, then keeps it dry during the ride.
This feature not only makes packing easy
and items convenient to access while on
the water, it also keeps them stored separately
from wet items like anchors.
For 2007, the GTX also sports a new
"Flow Thru" upper deck design. This separates
the GTX (and the GTX Limited)
from other PWC models by raising the
gauge brow for a forward sweeping hood
design, allowing oncoming air to pass
through - rather than over - the area in
front of the handlebars.
Other great features on the Sea-Doo
GTX include dual mirrors, numerous
hand holds, an easy-to-read, 18-funciton
digital "infocentre," and retractable
reboarding ladder. With such features as
Sea-Doo's Two-Stage Learning Key and
Off-Power Steering System, the GTX
makes sure the ride is safe as well as fun.
Powered by a 155 hp Rotax 4-TEC
marine engine, which includes a closed
loop cooling system, and teamed with the
new Flow Thru deck design, the GTX
offers solid performance in addition to
comfort and style.
All in all, the Sea-Doo GTX offers
family-friendly functionality and comfort
in a stylishly attractive package.
